Product Features

  • Performance -The Tier 4F compliant 3.6-litre DEUTZ engine produces peak power of 74.3hp and torque of 390Nm at engine speeds as low as 1,300 rpm. This ensures excellent engine responsiveness and improved fuel consumption. The truck chassis design was reinforced using CAE simulation software, optimizing the tilt cylinder and steering drive axle. Dual air filters and a two-stage air filter are standard configurations, ensuring long-term reliable engine operation. The Deutz engine follows the “TCI+CR+EGR+DOC” technical route, meeting Tier4F emissions standards, making it energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. The turbocharged engine enhances performance at low RPMs, improving power and tractive efforts. The oil filtration return device extends the service life of the truck’s hydraulic elements. The transmission system maximizes engine performance without high RPMs, improving fuel consumption, reducing noise, and increasing engine life. The dynamic load sensing hydraulic steering system enhances hydraulic efficiency and reliability. The efficient lighting system uses LEDs and a new reflector type, reducing energy consumption and significantly improving illumination performance while prolonging operation time. Wet brakes offer maximum service life for the brake system.
  • Safety -The steering hydraulic circuit and brake hydraulic circuit are independent, reducing interference between braking and steering systems, creating a safer hydraulic braking system. The braking system, designed with an accumulator, is safer and more reliable. The optional Operator Presence Sensing (OPS) system cuts off all mast and running actions when the operator leaves the seat, increasing safety.
  • Ergonomics -The RT50 forklift has a ground clearance of 14.6”, allowing it to navigate the roughest applications. It features a low center of gravity, providing excellent stability on tough terrain. The manual locking differential provides traction during inclement weather and rough surfaces, preventing power loss when one wheel spins. The full-floating hydraulic drive gearbox can switch between 2WD and 4WD, offering higher run speed and stronger climbing ability. The suspension, overhead guard, full-floating transmission, engine shock absorbers, and suspension seat work together to provide a comfortable working environment with reduced noise and vibrations. Extra foot space reduces operator fatigue, and the non-slip step ensures safe and easy entry and exit. The newly designed steering wheel, brake system, and easy-to-operate levers enhance operator comfort. The forklift offers excellent all-around visibility, with great upward visibility thanks to the redesigned ring guard.
  • Service-The two-piece floorboard design allows easy lifting and removal for powertrain access. The radiator cover fasteners can be turned by hand for quick inspections or servicing.

  • Reliability- The RT50 forklift is designed for reliability, with a reinforced truck chassis using CAE simulation software. The dual air filters and two-stage air filter ensure long-term optimal engine operation. The Deutz engine's technical route and turbocharging enhance performance at low engine speeds, improving power and tractive effort. The full-floating hydraulic drive gearbox provides higher run speed and stronger climbing ability. The higher specification fork mounting allows more weight to be loaded. The transmission system maximizes engine performance without high revolutions, saving fuel, reducing noise, and increasing engine life. The dynamic load sensing hydraulic steering system improves energy efficiency. The efficient lighting system uses LEDs and a new reflector type, reducing energy consumption and improving illumination performance. The manual differential lock provides ultimate traction during inclement weather and rough surfaces, preventing power loss when one wheel spins. Wet brakes offer maximum service life for the brake system.
