The LT-S710X (X7) is a compact dual-brush ride-on floor scrubber engineered for productive commercial and industrial cleaning. Its two 14-inch disc brushes provide a combined 28-inch scrubbing width, while the 44.5-inch squeegee delivers effective water recovery. With a maximum theoretical productivity of 60,278 sq. ft. per hour and a 24V/100Ah lithium battery providing 3–5 hours of runtime, the X7 is ideal for warehouses, factories, retail facilities, schools, and other large indoor spaces.

The X7 features ECO, Standard, and Strong cleaning modes, a 3.5-inch color LCD display, one-touch operation, and memory settings. Automatic brush loading and unloading, an electrically controlled squeegee, automatic squeegee lifting while reversing, electric water drainage, automatic water-fill shutoff, and an onboard spray gun help simplify operation and maintenance.

Safety and reliability features include automatic slowdown while turning, soft-start rear-wheel drive, an electronic brake, seat safety protection, LED headlights, warning lights, and low-water and low-battery alerts. The machine also provides overload, short-circuit, and blockage protection, along with a built-in smart charger.
